1. The promotion
The promoter is Tetrosyl Ltd, Newgate House, Rochdale, OL16 1XB (Carlube Triple R).
Tetrosyl reserves the right at all times to terminate, pause or modify the promotion, unilaterally and without prior notice and/or to change the terms and conditions and/or the promotional products if circumstances so require, without in any way to be liable to pay compensation to the participants.
The promotional period is from 9 th November 2020 to 18th December 2020. The competition closes at midnight on 18th December 2020 and the prize draw will be drawn on 22nd December 2020. The main prize delivery will be determined by Tetrosyl.
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. This excludes employees of Tetrosyl, employees of motor factors and their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
To enter into the prize draw the customer must have purchased a Carlube Triple R product from a motor factor participating in the promotion and complete the entry form at www.barrelofprizes.com including your customer invoice number. One entry per invoice number. Multiple draw entries allowed but each entry must be a unique invoice number relating to the purchase of Carlube Triple R oil.
Users who, by any method, try to circumvent the process established to participate in the promotion will be disqualified, so that in case of obtaining a prize the same will be cancelled.
2. Prize
Customers entering the competition in accordance with the above conditions will be entered into a random draw to win 12 prizes. The winner will be notified by the email address and/or telephone contact number supplied with entry.

The winner acknowledges that the motor factor will have no responsibility and is not obliged to offer any alternative prize. No cash alternative offered for prizes awarded. Tetrosyl reserves the right to change the prize without prior notice. Images are for illustration purposes and may vary to that supplied.
3. Privacy Policy
By entering the prize draw, customers consent to Tetrosyl retaining their personal data. Any such data will be processed in accordance with Tetrosyl privacy policy, a copy of which is available at http://www.tetrosyl.com and may be used for publicity purposes, as set out above.
By entering the draw and accepting the terms and conditions the winner agrees for their company to be used in publicity activity relating to the competition. Tetrosyl will use the personal data to manage this promotion correctly, contact the winner and give him/her the prize. Any personal data will only be used for the purpose of this promotion. Once the promotion is complete, the personal data will be eliminated within a maximum period of six (6) months, unless there is an incident, in which case the personal data of the participants affected by the incident will be retained until the complete and correct solution of it. Participants must ensure that the data provided is true. These data shall be treated in accordance with the General Regulations on Data Protection (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable regulations in the field of data protection.
